No, our prices have been fixed in advance and we shall do our best to take you quickly and safely to your destination address.

It is important that you call us so we know you have arrived. It is also useful in case you get delayed at customs or at baggage claim, so we can make sure the driver doesn’t leave without you. Remember to call before collecting your luggage; the driver can then make his way to meet you whilst you pick up your bags.
We will wait up to one hour after the scheduled arrival time of your flight. After this time we will try our best to provide your transfer but cannot guarantee this will be possible.

Your pick-up time will be indicated in your confirmation. We normally pick passengers up 3 hours before the scheduled flight time. However, it is important that you call us before your departure to confirm that there has been no change in your pick-up address or flight time.
We operate a door-to-door service. We will pick you up from the terminal you land in and take you to the door of your address in Paris. On departure we will pick you up from your address and drop you off at the terminal your flight leaves from.

The journey time depends on the traffic and your address in Paris. The standard journey time is approximately one hour but may well vary.

When booking a Shared Transfer Service: The carrier does provide baby seats at the price of 10 euros each (upon request)
Please note that you are responsible for the fitting of your child in the seat.

You are not compelled to give a tip, but if you have been satisfied with the service, the Driver will appreciate it. You must not pay for your luggage.
